Join us for a Saturday of movement, connection, and purpose. Mh Warriors, in partnership with Duoble, are coming together to raise awareness around violence against women through an inspiring talk from Heartwings, a strength workout, relaxing cool-down, and community connection.

About the Event
MH WARRIORS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DUOBLE
This event was created to shine a light on and raise awareness around violence against women, a topic closely connected to mental health.
This event is open to everyone, and all genders are warmly welcome.
We will begin with an awareness talk from Heartwings, who will share the incredible work they do supporting women in vulnerable situations in Zurich. This will be followed by an energising bodyweight strength workout led by Nina Notter from NN Movement and a relaxing cool-down led by Sophie from Eva Retreats.
As with every event we create, a portion of each ticket sold will be donated to an organisation providing vital support to those in need.
For this event, CHF 20 from every ticket sold will be donated directly to Heartwings.

For this event, we will be donating CHF 20 per ticket sold to Heartwings, a Zurich-based organisation that supports women in prostitution and those affected by exploitation and human trafficking, helping them on their journey towards a safe and independent life.
