About the Event
We are super excited to host a mothers-only event! This event was created with mothers’ mental health at the center, inspired by a very dear friend of mine.
We don’t talk enough about maternal depression—which can take months or even years to recover from—or about the challenges of mental health in motherhood. In today’s world, social media constantly shows the “perfect” and often unrealistic version of motherhood, making it even harder for moms who are struggling to speak up or ask for support.
That’s why this event is for YOU—and YOU only. A safe space to restore, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and your community.
Start with a check-in tea, then enjoy a mental health talk focused on mothers, followed by gentle yoga and the opportunity for meaningful connection with other amazing moms.
