About the Event
We are excited to host our fourth Mothers’ Mental Health Awareness Event, in collaboration with Elevate Studio.
Just like at our last event, CHF 25 from every ticket sold will be donated to Inselhof, supporting their important work in providing mental health support to mothers and families.
This event was created to hold space for real conversations, movement, and connection, centering mothers’ mental health in an honest and supportive way.
That’s why this experience is for YOU — and YOU only.
A kid-free space to move your body, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and a community of moms who understand.

For this event, a significant portion of our ticket sales profit will be donated to Inselhof, an amazing institute that provides mental health support to mothers, parents, and families in need. You also now have the option to contribute an extra amount when purchasing your ticket. You can choose to donate an additional CHF 5 or CHF 10 to Inselhof together with your ticket.
