About the Event
We are excited to host our second mental health awareness event on the 18th of October 2025, in partnership with the amazing Nina Notter, a certified master breathwork coach who will guide this session. We are truly honored to have her on board to support our mission of raising mental health awareness.
Breathwork has numerous benefits for the body and for your mental health, including reducing stress, improving focus, releasing emotional tension, and promoting overall well-being—helping participants feel more balanced and grounded.
