About
MH WARRIORS (Mental Health Warriors) is a mental health initiative based in Switzerland, dedicated to raising awareness, educating the public, and breaking the stigma that still surrounds mental health.
Mental health remains a sensitive and often overlooked topic in many parts of society—including in Switzerland, where open dialogue is still limited. MH WARRIORS aims to change that by encouraging understanding, providing accurate information, and helping individuals better navigate mental health challenges.
At the heart of this initiative is a commitment to:
-
Raising awareness and normalizing conversations around mental health
-
Educating individuals and communities about mental health challenges and available pathways to support
-
Sharing resources and information to help people feel more informed and less alone
-
Fostering understanding and compassion for those experiencing mental health challenges—whether they speak about it or not

The MH WARRIORS platform is designed to be user-friendly, inclusive, and informative—offering a central place where people can learn, connect, and feel empowered to take the next step in their mental health journey.
This initiative was inspired by real-life experiences and the many people who have faced difficulties navigating mental health challenges. MH WARRIORS is grounded in the belief that mental health should never be a source of shame—and that everyone deserves access to understanding, support, and reliable information. No one should have to go through their struggles alone.

"Mental health matters. YOU matter."
Our Mission
At MH WARRIORS, our mission is to raise awareness, educate the public, and break the stigma surrounding mental health—while making it easier for people to find the support they need.
We believe that mental health should be treated with the same openness, care, and respect as physical health. Everyone deserves to feel informed, understood, and supported.

Our Vision
A society where mental health is treated with understanding, respect, and openness—and where everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered to seek help.
